However, I'd like to ask: If You (or anybody else) is skilled enough, could You please read the howto, go exactly step-by-step and insert the missing fragments to howto? It shouldn't be hard for You, and good HOWTO is always a half-way to success. It might help more users to participate, that would otherwise possibly give up (I would already do if the app wasn't such crucial for my employer).

I have reasons to believe, that the target audience of the howto are really the users like me: quite advanced Linux users that aren't programmers but are capable of compiling the wine from source and wish to help find out the code that has broken their app. The howto should reflect that and provide easy-to-follow-and-understand way to accomplish this goal.
