Playing TrackManiaESWC is impossible because the game immediately dumps to some
seemingly infinite error of loops.   Ran with GIT WINE as of 4:30 on 1/15/08

It's missing IoCreateSynchronizationEvent. Can you see if a stub implementation
fixes it?

Stubbing the one didn't do much.  Just hit another unimplemented.  Will
continue to stub.
