You need to update your wine, 3.0 is no longer supported. This particular issue
was fixed in wine-3.4-26-gae5d0b2229.

Hello Austin,

I would rather opt to resolve/link as dupe here. Even if OP used
deprecated/outdated Wine release in first place.
