Unhandled exception: unimplemented function
ucrtbase.dll.__initialize_lconv_for_unsigned_char called in 64-bit code
(0x000000007b44f037).

That function is cdel, shouldnt crash with unimplemented. Your wine version is
outdated and this bug is probably already fixed.

His version in technically not outdated since he's using wine-stable 2.0.1. But
the implementation for this function hasn't been included in stable yet.

Try to switch to wine-devel or wine-staging if you can.
