That function is cdel, shouldnt crash with unimplemented. Your wine version is outdated and this bug is probably already fixed.

His version in technically not outdated since he's using wine-stable 2.0.1. But the implementation for this function hasn't been included in stable yet.
Try to switch to wine-devel or wine-staging if you can.
