failed, and the log shows
fixme:wintrust:SoftpubAuthenticode unimplemented for UI choice 4

I can reproduce that here.  +wintrust shows that WinVerifyTrust is failing
right before the abort.  Hacking WinVerifyTrust to lie lets the installer
continue.

BTW, one file installed by that installer, epuninst.exe,
is listed as a trojan horse by clamscan, so be careful.

The installer has changed:
[austin@localhost ~]$ sha1sum CosmicBreakSetup_eng.exe 
9258bb51229929b5aa578195d5c604e18b6be13e  CosmicBreakSetup_eng.exe

with 1.4.1, 1.5.13 (closest I had compiled already to 1.5.7), and
wine-1.7.28-107-g0eec97e, I can't reproduce this.

Marking as abandoned.
