I can't input Japanese text to notepad.exe after updating to 4.4. I use Fcitx
to input Japanese text.
In Wine 4.3, it works fine.

I did git bisect and it shows fd7cda93a33c9f65a6c1d1d530738c9fe4b9edf4 is the
first bad commit.
