I play Divinity Original Sin 2 with the workaround described in bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43660 ("winetricks xact"). With this the game works quiet well. But there is one small but annoying bug for that kinda game. When you try to read books or other papers you find ingame they only show up white and empty. Also the buff icons of the unitframes are plain white. (See screenshots).

--- Comment #4 from Jaka registracije+winebugs@lynxlynx.info --- Can confirm this is still an issue on 5.2. The blackness is also visible on the loading bar, so the fastest way to reproduce with a clean install is just to start a new game.

--- Comment #5 from gabriel.scherer@gmail.com --- I observed the same bug with wine 5.17 (staging). Switching to the dxvk implementation of d3d fixed it. (On my Fedora 32 system, I just had to install the packages wine-{dxvk,dxvk-d3d9,dxvk-dxgi}.

https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43812
--- Comment #7 from The Lounge Demo User foraminutethere@mail.ru --- Confirm this bug on wine-7.22. Also progress bar on loading screen is white (should be red). dxvk works fine, but performance is worse
