Hello,

When I play the game Operation FlashPoint GOTY 1.96 keys 4 ('{) and 6 (-|) are
not active.
These buttons perform actions to my soldiers.
I have no error message just two buttons inactive.

This bug has been already reported in bug #18065.

For my part, I've never experienced such problems in Operation Flashpoint GOTY.
I have English/Hungarian keyboard layout set by default and keys '4' and '6'
are working properly in the game with either layout.
Have you selected at least one of your soldiers before issuing commands by '4'
or '6'?
Besides keyboard and mouse, do you have other input devices connected to your
machine when playing OpF:GOTY (joystick or gamepad)?

My keyboard is in French / France and i have not other input devices connected.
Yes I have selected a soldier before using 4 or 6.
FYI, the action 1,2,3,5,7,8,9 works perfectly.

I can't reproduce the problem when French keyboard layout is selected in
Gnome...

You reported this bug against Wine-1.2.3: does it make a difference if you try
the game with the latest development version, 1.3.22 (or newer)?
By any chance, don't you have any native dlls installed in the wineprefix where
the game resides (dinput/dinput8)?

WINEPREFIX ?, how can I check ?

I will try to uninstall and reinstall Wine 1.2.3 then reinstall the game.
If it does not work I will test with Wine 1.3.22

I reinstall everything and test it with Wine 1.2.3 and 1.3.21 (22 is not yet
available in ubuntu).

The problem is still present.

it'S OK with dinput8.

But now i have the same problem as Bug 27156 whith Wine 1.3.21.

- Operation FlashPoint GOTY 1.96
