--- Comment #5 from Nick Law nlaw@nildram.co.uk 2008-05-25 07:52:47 --- Hi Jumper,
Good point regarding that 'Not Trusted' when attempting to download webengine. I need to submit that as another bug. That used to work ok.
There is a work around. The msi file is downloaded into a temp directory. You can access it from this directory then use msiexec /i xxxx etc to attempt to install it. I leave for detailed info ASAP.

--- Comment #7 from Nick Law nlaw@nildram.co.uk 2008-05-25 15:15:54 --- Please see this new bug that relates to the "Not Trusted" bug when installing webengine.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13426
And in answer to Austin English's post regarding which version worked. V200N worked, which is the current version. I thing something changed in wine.

--- Comment #8 from Nick Law nlaw@nildram.co.uk 2008-05-25 15:29:59 --- Just to clarify how to reproduce this bug "msi installer crash".
Important: Follow the instructions located here http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13426 in order to download the WebEngineV200N.msi file from the Virtual Mechanics Website.
Then install the msi file using the command
msiexec /i WebEngineV200N.msi You will then hopefully get the crash report as seen in the attachment send with the first post in this bug report.
Regards Nick
PS I also changed the "component" box above from unknown to msi. Also changed the summary again to "msi crash during installation of WebEngine V200N by Virtual Mechanics" in order to clarify that this report details a different bug to the 'Not Trusted' bug deatailed in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13426
