--- Comment #1 from Lei Zhang thestig@google.com 2008-01-06 13:11:34 --- Please provide a concrete example of this. Which dialog(s) are affected?
What version of NoteWorthy are you using?
Also, can you upgrade to wine 0.9.52 and try again?
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11056
--- Comment #2 from Bernard Choppy choppy@free.fr 2008-01-06 13:55:19 --- For example, under Tools-Options, tab Editor, when I click on "Rt mouse sets insertion Pt", if I use the Tab key, i'm positioned on "Smart insertion point" instead of "Persistent note tools"
I use the Beta 2.16 release of Noteworthy (version 2).
It's not simple for me to upgrade my wine version, as I'm a bit stuck with Debian packages (I'm on Lenny, but it's not as fast as you, Wine developers, go ;-)).
I'm a bit afraid of getting packages from Sid, as I have to use NWC everyday...

--- Comment #3 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-01-06 17:01:13 --- Provide link to the demo version please. And check that the error is present there as well. Also make sure you renamed your ~/.wine direcoty before installing demo and testing it. Also do you have this problem with Wine apps such as winecfg?

--- Comment #4 from Lei Zhang thestig@google.com 2008-01-07 13:18:38 --- Can you reproduce the problem with noteworthy viewer 2? I tried that and it worked fine.

--- Comment #5 from Bernard Choppy choppy@free.fr 2008-01-07 16:43:36 --- No, effectively, this does not happens with the player. Strange!
BUT the player crashes when I try to visualize something whereas the Composer doesn't...
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11056
--- Comment #6 from Bernard Choppy choppy@free.fr 2008-01-07 16:48:04 --- (for Vitaly)
No, I don't reproduce the bug with winecfg nor with other software I've tried.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11056
--- Comment #8 from Bernard Choppy choppy@free.fr 2008-06-19 03:05:01 --- Yes it is with NWC2: for example, in the File/Open or File/Info dialog boxes, the Tab key functions perfectly, but under Staff Properties, Tools/Options or File/Page Setup, the bug appears.
I'll try to ask a NWC2 developer to come and help us.

Perhaps a hint: there seems to be the same problem with the «Del» key...

--- Comment #13 from Thomas Costick zapper4000@googlemail.com 2009-05-05 03:48:36 --- This "double tab" bug still exists in Noteworthy Composer 2.0 running in Wine 1.1.20 on Ubuntu 9.04 jaunty.
It happens in every settings and attributes dialog. When the tab key is _pressed_ (but not released) the cursor moves to the next field. When the tab key is _released_ it moves again.
Interestingly, outside of any dialogs the tab key works OK, e.g. to insert a bar line in the music score.

--- Comment #14 from Thomas Costick zapper4000@googlemail.com 2009-05-08 03:26:23 --- Given that there *is* a slight loss of functionality but a workaround exists, perhaps the severity of this bug should be upgraded from trivial to minor?
Also, could its status be changed now to CONFIRMED, since it is known to occur on my system as well?

--- Comment #18 from Brian Saltz link111588@aol.com 2009-08-09 00:08:37 --- I'm confirming that this bug still exists in 1.1.27. Also when switching between tabs using Ctrl+Tab in dialog boxes which contain categorized tabs, it froze, and I was forced to quit.
I think the only dialogs that have this issue are these tabbed dialogs. Any non-tabbed dialog box (including the main window itself) does not have this issue.
Also Ctrl+Tab works fine when switching between files in the main window i.e. if you have two songs open at once, so I think these problems are related.

--- Comment #19 from Bernard Choppy choppy@free.fr 2009-08-09 12:53:49 --- I confirm the Alt-TAB problem which occurs also here. Inever thought it could be related.
