I no longer run the tests on pre service pack 3 Windows XP machines. I think
the rationale is that we no longer care about older versions of Windows XP,
what with it being end-of-lifed and all already.

I don't know if the bug is fixed but it's kind of moot anyway. So I'm marking
it as resolved+wontfix.
