The menu bar background is not correct, using Luna or the free ubuntu light theme.
Menu bar text is in grey, not black.
This makes menus unreadable.
Selected menu items have the wrong background colour.
I've attached a screenshot showing this using Luna and a freely available theme, comparing it to the menubars on XP.

Image on the Left is Ubuntu Light, the middle is Luna and the right is with no theme.

Go to a large directory of disk images, then start navigating with the keyboard, the highlight disappears.
In the screenshot I'm navigating the list, but highlight has gone.
