The bug

As i try to save histograms to disk or copy them to clipboard, EViews
immediately crashes

Your wine version is ancient.

Wine build: wine-1.7.53-101-g8075101

I am not familiar with your OS, but you should be able to get newer by now.

First thing is to update your wine to 2.6 and check if the issue still exists.
