This is a regression:

PStart is a 32-bit application that shows a button in the tray bar. Inside, it
shows some important Windows applications that can be started from there. It is
intended for starting applications from a removable disk device like the
"Portable Apps" app collection.

Now in the latest versions of wine it stopped working: the button is there but
the menu isn't there.

PStart.xml: an example for a menu for PStart

The PStart.xml should reside in the same folder as PStart.exe.

PStart menu in a tray bar

The attached PStart.xml generates a handy menu in the tray bar. On this picture
Windows start bar is on top of the screen. Close to Windows clock is a button
to open a little menu to choose some favorite applications stored on an
external disk drive.

Can you please retest with wine-9.22? I was able to reproduce the problem with
a KDE desktop on wine-9.21, but I'm able to open the menu now with wine-9.22.

I can confirm: PStart's menu is now working again.

This regression is now fixed in wine-9.22.
