I noticed a plea for help at
http://cubloc.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=4198#4198
so I gave it a shot.  The app installed and started
fine, but when I opened a sample file and gave
the 'run' command, the app seemed to lock up,
and I saw a fixme and two errs:
fixme:comm:set_queue_size insize 1024 outsize 512 unimplemented stub
err:heap:HEAP_ValidateInUseArena Heap 0x110000: prev arena 0x1fc06c8 invalid for
in-use 0x1fc06e8
err:file:GetOverlappedResult PENDING status after waiting!
