How to reproduce:
1. Open a .doc document with a formula
2. Double click the formula
3. See crash

The equation editor doesn't work at all. Trying to insert an equation results
in an error message that the application needed can't be started, followed by
one saying that the equation editor isn't installed (when it is). The
regression test turned up the same commit identified here.

Fixed for me by commit c0a17a4f098ea148e24f4bc802a6739e61b9f515. Please retest.
