In this application the chat window is separated from the main window and is
called "fmChat". This bug causes the chat window to stay behind the main one
when it should always be visible. The menu also have an option to "Anchor" the
chat window, but this does nothing since WINE always considers two windows
instead of one.

The expected behavior would be to have the one window (chat+main) when the
option "Anchor" is active and two windows when the "Anchor" option is deactivated.

This is the only known bug for Apprentice and has been reported by several users.

Apprentice will be rated Platinum if this bug is fixed.
