About to probley fix a Bug which may not even be a bug of Oblivion elder
scrolls IV wont start installation but may need a File that beleave that will
help for 64-Bit Computers to MS .Net or dotnet20, sp1 and sp2 in WINETRICKS,
Windows DLL's wont install for wine may need to, to install ALOT of Games may
be Fixed to not sure but i broke it down and that seems to be the only path i
can find.

Also Mono is missing done Installed that and it still wont work
