--- Comment #2 from Daniel flamehawk96@yahoo.com 2009-06-02 20:16:33 --- This persists in wine 1.1.22
It gets very frustrating. moreover, in gnome, when the desktop is switched, the playlist and equalizer are not moved by the desktop switcher. That means when switching desktops, the playlist still is in front of my screen. I have to close it (the playlist/equalizer not winamp itself) or minimize the playlist in order to get on with whatever im doing

--- Comment #5 from Jase Whipp jason.whipp@gmail.com 2010-06-02 15:33:29 --- I've noticed this as well; I also found that when running a modern skin, the main window stays on top. You have to click the main window, then click the window you want to raise, just clicking the window to be raised leaves winamp on top. So, it's not un-focusing properly.
Tested in 1.2 rc 2, still seeing the issue described here and what I described above. I'm running 5.572, Fedora 13, Wine 1.2 rc 2 (32 bit).

Equalizer and playlist stay always on top after starting Winamp until both windows are moved. Running Winamp 5.581, Arch Linux (64bit), Wine 1.3.2 (32bit). Plain installation with winetricks comctl32.

kubuntu 14.04, kde 4.something
Fixed for me. Also when I dragged winamp into some corner it went into taskbar with equalizer and playlist.
