Downloading and running Java installer fails with the above message. The only message in the terminal is:
Desktop $wine jxpiinstall-6u12-fcs-bin-b04-windows-i586-17_jan_2009.exe Could not load Mozilla. HTML rendering will be disabled. SetDecoderProperties error

I don't know if it's relevant, but my locale is pt_BR.UTF-8.
I had the issue with java 6u14 for windows, and wine 1.1.25.
