Scenario:
Installed and upgraded Ubuntu 18.4 on a Qemu VM.
downloaded current UplayInstaller.exe
Installed winehq-devel 3.20 from winehq repo, installed corefonts via
winetricks
ran UPlayInstaller - installation succeeded.
after that on Uplay login screen any key leads to a hang.

This seems to be a regression, as under winehq-devel 3.19 on the same VM UPlay
works fine, and is able to process the login.

Duplicate of bug 46120. It is fixed in the current git.
