Created an attachment (id=17534) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=17534) Error message by launching TF2 under a terminal
If you run Team Fortress 2 with the applaunch value in a terminal you get an error message : "no permission to run 'tf'" and the game crash. It is the same thing for Half-Life Episode 2 and maybe some other games. If you launch the game under Steam or if Steam was already open, the bug don't appear. It may be related with recent Steam updates.

--- Comment #2 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2008-11-29 13:44:15 --- Same happens on windows if Steam can't communicate with steam servers for whatever reason. So it's a steam bug not Wine's.
