Similar to bug 24018, but that should be fixed in cygwin's upstream.
Install progresses as normal, when the postinstall script process start, it hangs.

A todays cygwin x86 setup with current git wine-7.4-185-g47b02e8c1ea did hang for me in: C:\cygwin\bin\dash.exe "/etc/postinstall/0p_000_autorebase.dash"
This todays hang could be fixed the patches from bug 52105, then setup finishes without hang.
Because the original and todays hang seem different, and cygwin is a moving target, I guess it makes sense to close this bug?

(Arguably this could be WORKSFORME/NOTOURBUG instead, since it's not clear if wine or cygwin was the fix here; if someone cares enough, feel free to change it).
