1. wine configured with oss audio output
2. wine executed by artsdsp (artsdsp wine xxx.exe)
3. sound doesn't work

Last time I remember artsdsp did not work on Wine because of the ways it was
overriding OSS calls. Use ALSA instead.

I use artsdsp for run wine with teamspeak. Teamspeak use OSS (/dev/dsp). With
alsa it doesn't work.

Unfortunately I can't check it now. I'm using Archlinux and there is no artsd
in it.
