[Bug 23879] New: Mopsos app does not work with current Jaunty Wine 1.2

Application does not even start. Wine reports "fixme:advapi:SetSecurityInfo
stub" and application terminates silently.

Issue occured in current version of Wine 1.2 package for Ubuntu Jaunty
(wine_1.2-0ubuntu1~jauntyppa1_i386.deb); before it worked nearly flawless.

Started regression testing - the application runs without problems with current
wine-source-code version wine-1.3.0-111-g3bc110d.
