Using Fedora 6's current version, wine-core-0.9.46-1.fc6, Quicken no longer
crashes when printing checks.  This is the first version in a very long time
that worked as expected.  (There was a period where things got worse - argh!)

However, I am still getting messages from CreateCompatibleBitmap stating bad
parameters were passed.  Wine seems to be handling this correctly now, so I'm
not gonna worry about it :-)
