I'm including the backtrace

It is crashing repeatedly at the beginning of this particular turn. It says
terranx.exe encountered a problem and needs to close. Backtrace attached,
thanks.

Your wine is old.

1.5.21

We are currently using 1.6 (stable) and 1.7.18 (development version).

Could you try with up to date wine? And if it still doesnt work, send debug.

This title is so misleading. Are you running a mod or Sid Meier's Alpha
Centauri?

Anyway your wine version is so outdated that it should make this bug report
almost instantly invalid.
