[Bug 1871] wine does not honor DISPLAY variable

my bug report is slightly missleading

When I started "xterm" on my laptop  it poped up on co-worker workstation.
By doing this, I've proved that I can export GUI application to his screen.
Then I closed "xterm".

So, my next test was to start wine on my laptop, hoping that it will show on his
screen. And this does not work.
