dl.winehq.org uses Fastly. Per Fastly's IPv6 documentation
(https://docs.fastly.com/guides/basic-setup/ipv6-support.html), it's as easy as
changing the CNAME on dl.winehq.org from k.global-ssl.fastly.net to
dualstack.k.shared.global.fastly.net. I tested manually with curl and it works.

Making the switch would also enable HTTP/2.

I see that dl.winehq.org has been changed to be a CNAME to osff.map.fastly.net.
Now the fix for IPv6 support should be to simply change it to
dualstack.osff.map.fastly.net.

Host dl.winehq.org still don't have AAAA records in DNS, please change CNAME
record to the Fastly!
