Hi everybody,

On Ubuntu 12.10 running Wine 1.4.1, I cannot get wiuecfg to load
Windows.Classic.theme. After selecting it through the Install Theme box, it
still doesn't appear in the available themes list.

Is this still an issue in current (1.7.36 or newer) wine? If so, please attach

I can reproduce this in 2.0. It appears winecfg can install .msstyles files,
but not .theme files, though the "Select a theme file" dialog implies that it
should.

Windows.Classic.theme is part of Windows XP. I don't think it can be legally
redistributed.

I also tested a couple of themes I found on Deviant Art that include both
.theme and .msstyles files:

In both cases, winecfg can load the .msstyles file but not the .theme file.
