After installation it prompts you for your details for a new account, including a captcha. Then it hangs attempting to contact the server.
Testing this app caused my X session in Ubuntu Intrepid to crash twice.

This indicates a driver bug, unless you're running as root. File a ubuntu bug.

Errors in console that strike me as relevant are:
fixme:msimtf:ActiveIMMApp_OnDefWindowProc Stub (0x402a6 d 1 32fc78) err:ole:ITypeInfo_fnInvoke did not find member id -518, flags 0x2!
also perhaps relevant to the crashing is that even after repeatedly hitting Ctrl-C to quit wine, wine continues to spew this on console:
