BlueStacks_HD_AppPlayerSplit_setup_0.7.8.829_REL.msi installer error backtrace

the BlueStacks-SplitInstaller_native.exe is giving error "Failed to extract
Installer. Error Cound not find a part of the path... C:\var\tmp..."

So, I got the MSI installer from windows %temp% folder;

And the MSI installer BlueStacks_HD_AppPlayerSplit_setup_0.7.8.829_REL.msi
fails too: can download from here:

bluestacks emulator installer is crashing, attached is the output. It is an
android emulator as the webiste says "Use 750,000 Mobile Apps on Windows or
Mac"

Is this still an issue in current (1.7.35 or newer) wine? If so, please attach

resolving as dupe of bug 31630 since the backtrace looks pretty much the same
(although I can't reproduce this).
