--- Comment #10 from feldmaus feldmann_markus@gmx.de 2010-01-13 13:52:58 --- I made some more test. At this time i start the program via dvd. At first it comes <start_of_the_program>. There a 3 possibilities listed.
a)The bottom one leads to <this is the last one i see after crash> and then the programs seems to be crashed. nothing appears. So the vocabulary program does not work at all. I am not sure which database they are using. Maybe it uses another codepage, not utf8 than me.
b)The middle one, first i will be informed that i have not the original cd/dvd. Than i will be asked for the serial number, after i inserted it i will be led to the main window of the grammatic application, see < mainscreen-hard-disk-installation-grammatic>. I can see all buttons and functions. i can fill in the blancs. But i can not use the correction button. See <log4> and <bugreport-2>. Although i did a hard disk installation before i started this program over dvd and was asked for the serial number, see <startbildschirm3>. So he asks every time i start this program over dvd, but not when i start from hard disk.
c)The top one has the same behaviour as the middle one.
I am not sure why, but before i did a hard disk installtion, the first time i used the program, i could not see anything in the mainscreen, but now i can see all.
In the mainscreen, is a function to configure the program, there you can do a hard disk installation.

i added #25717 too. There i have more debug output from the console. Therefore please read my comment #10.
I tried to get a debug trace, but the file was over 600MByte. :-(
