The program still doesn't install but now Wine tells me that it's looking for Win95 and didn't find it. Wine did not do this before so this is an improvement. If it is true that Wine doesn't support Win 95 apps then please feel free to close this report with any resolution appropriate. If it should support it let me know and I'll go further.
The only message in the terminal when I try the installation is this:

Again, Win16 stuff instead of Win32. Probably this app will never run under Wine?
