Now with wine-6.2-271-g4981785f0fb it affects only Sniper Elite series when the process stucks after launching the game and the only way is running wineserver -k. After that I get an output as in the first comment.

I don't understand what you mean for "PE build". I've build wine by cloning git.
Anyway this is solved also for me in wine-6.2-271-g4981785f0fb.

I don't understand what you mean for "PE build". I've build wine by cloning git.
If mingw is available, it is used to compile (some) wine dlls as .dll (PE) instead of .dll.so (ELF) libraries.
