Drag&Drop from a qt (qtFM) / KDE (e.g. Dolphin)  application into a windows app
does NOT work.
Drag&Drop from a GTK2 Application (e.g. Nautilus / Space FM) into a Windows App
works correctly.

Seems to be a problem only under KDE 4.9 now, works as expected under any 4.8.x
system.

Plain QT still doesn't work (tested with QTFM)

Update : 
Since KDE SC 4.9 it is needed to activate the switch "Allow Window Manager to
control the window".

When this option is turned off no more drag&drop from KDE's Filemanagers
(Dolphin) is possible.

Switch has no effect on GTK2 / GTK3? programs.

Either this is a new KDE or a Wine Bug.

Older KDE Versions before 4.9 (4.8,x) works correctly with drag&drop even if
this switch is turned off.

This is your friendly reminder  that there has been no bug activity for two
years. Is this still an issue in current (1.7.25 or newer) wine?
