Hello folks,

refining the summary to avoid people creating many duplicates with Wine 6.2 to
6.4. It breaks all .NET applications when using Wine-Mono.

I set version mistakenly to 6.2 (or rather, i didn`t bother to look at it);
 it really should be 6.4

Just an off-topic remark:

When you file a bug, the default version of wine in the dropdownmenu is not set
to the latest release, but rather to a release that`s 1 OR 2 version numbers
earlier.

Could this be changed somehow?

Not to say that it's not major, but the regression commit was 3 days ago, so it
cannot possibly have broken any released version.
