Once the TI Calculator emulator launches then the calculator takes the background and the buttons are not visible.

--- Comment #8 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com --- I was able to find an alternate download for the TI-83 Plus Flash Debugger installer. With wine-9.5 and mfc42 installed from winetricks, I could successfully complete installation and run the simulator.
I can confirm that the emulated calculators (TI-83 Plus, TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, and TI-73) appear to render correctly in the simulator without any transparency problem, so I think this bug can be resolved as fixed.
