SnapShot Games Phoenix Point starts fine, shows the initial Unity Engine and WWise logo, proceeds to show a small loading screen with a soldier and instead of the main menu, the game just shows a black screen with a themed cursor.
Game seems to be running DirectX11

Repacking the assets into a correct unityx bundle without the offending GameIntro.mp4 Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a) is a heck of a lot harder than just deleting 2 files in a folder. I would consider it to be the same though without trying.

With the recent work on MF in 5.15 and staging patches, we upgraded now to a whitescreen instead of a blackscreen and "regressed" to a crash after.

It may still initially freeze, but in at least one case going back and forth between windows seems to trigger a skip.
