Seems native crypt32 is using here, did you install crypt32 with winetricks or
something like that? If true what is the reason to override crypt32?

I can install and open the application in wine 1.6-rc3, tested in a clean
prefix.

Yes it is. Problem was be in crypt32 from M$.
