When I double click play.exe (After assign this application to run by Wine
where play.exe is the application/ game starter in the game Conquer 2.0), a
grey box do appear.  The process  wine-pthread, (Uninterrupted process),
wineserver and winedbg had started shown in the System Monitor respectively.
However, seconds later, the grey box disappeared and there is nothing is shown
about the error nor I could do at all. The process wine-pthread and winedbg had
ended at almost the same time and the last process to end is wineserver. (This
process: wineserver ends seconds after the grey box disappear).

No game version?  This worked almost correctly until CO2 patch 4354 if the user
had looked at the AppDB page for it.  Requiered are mfc42.dll and msvcp60.dll
copied from a windows installation (I'm not sure where mfc42 comes from, but
msvcp60 IIRC is msvc6 runtime, separate download).  There are other problems
post CO2-4354 will open in different bug.  Status:WorksForMe?

No details, lots of users that said it works (prior to the new patch), and no
response from the end user after a request sent 3 months ago...I again suggest
closing this bug.

Abandoned. If you still experience problems, please post game and wine version
here, along with steps to reproduce. Also, don't run apps from file manager,
use terminal instead.
