OriginLab 2022 can be installed and started. After a few seconds, a pop up window about "training center" opens, and the origin becomes unusable (i.e. does not respond anymore to any input events)

I tested this, and yes this is solving this issue. Thanks.
However, a very recent version of winetricks is needed. The version from Debian11 (winetricks --version 20210206) was not good enough.

I tested origin2022 again with wine/7.22. origin crashes at startup with the attached backtrace when "training center" window appears.
When using "winetricks -q vcrun2019" this crash can be avoided.
