SlingPlayer 1.5 streams video okay with the help of a few workarounds, but
sound does not work.  You get the odd stutter but nothing useful.

To get this far:

- Native quartz to work around bug 13371
- Native qcap to work around bug 28667 (not necessary to experience the bug)

No known workaround.

Sound used to work fine in the 1.1 branch but there have been so many different
bugs since then a bisect is impossible.

Tried wine-1.3.20 and wine-1.3.0 but there are bugs before the stream can load.

This stands out from the console output:

ALSA lib ../../../src/pcm/pcm.c:7316:(snd_pcm_recover) underrun occurred

Would it be mre reasonable to first fix installation issue(s) ?

My mistake, 1.6 criteria are not set yet, so these need to stay in 1.4.

SlingPlayer 1.5 fails with an error when attempting to stream in Wine 1.5.6
(may or may not be related to Bug 28669).
I don't have time to diagnose further at the moment.

This bug is blocked.

The sound appears to be fixed in wine-1.5.6-32-g00fb537
