A late "Thank you" for pointing me to this bug in the Half-Life 2 AppDB entry.
The patch did the trick for wine 0.9.46 and some earlier versions.
However the workaround for freetype.c no longer seems to work as of
wine-0.9.47.
Does anyone know how to patch that version to run Half-Life 2 Deathmatch / CSS
again?
