1. how do I add the patch : ole-force-inproc-instead-of-local.patch ? 2. Adobe AIR doesn't install ( no error message ! - installer downloads - that's it ) Note : I also tried installing FlashPlayer just to see. - and it worked
Therefore, the described solution didn't work for me. Any ideas ?

The backtrace shows that the crash is in your video drivers, try updating then.

The assert is triggered inside nouveau_dri.so according to backtrace lines 5 to 0.
