Still happening on wine-0.9.33.

It doesn't seem to be a COM error,
as installing dcom98 doesn't get rid of the error.
And yet the error comes from COM, so it must be bad input somewhere.
Here's a bit of the log:

The error is thrown shortly thereafter.  I bet it's a problem
in the input to VARIANT_GetLocalisedNumberChars...?
