After double clicking a game in the Steam games list, the "launching <game>..." window appears. After that I see a white flash on the screen for a split second, then the game immediately crashes. This is the error in the output:

Did you disable 'In-game community'?
It was enabled, that's what was causing the crashes. Looks like the Steam update changed my settings. Thanks for the suggestion!
I guess this bug can be closed?
