This the new log obtained by the following command line :
LC_ALL=ja_JP.UTF-8 WINEDEBUG="+ole,+typelib,+olerelay,+seh,+relay,+file" wine
setup.exe 
However, My 3D card is broken and I'm running wine in VESA mode, so I think the
output must be parasited by that. The error (0x80040154 Class Not Registered)
is still the same.
