oh yes. I totally missed bug 10767 and the Wine-Staging patchset for it.

I propose to keep this one still separate. End users have no clue what "lstrcmp
and others do not compare punctuation characters correctly" means when they see
it one day appearing in release notes for a Wine release. I'm not suggesting to
reword bug 10767 either, it's technically as verbose as needed, with focus on
the general problem "meta".
