kernel32:volume skips some tests unless it is run from a non c: drive:

When i used qemu with windows vm some years ago,
i had a small d: drive and moved %TEMP% to d:\temp
for easy cleanup.

That d: drive was used for all windows vm.

Beware, that winetest had additional failures when running
in the root directory of a drive.

That means we should have a case where the test is run from the root of a
drive.

The Windows Vista Ultimate 64 VM (wvistau64) runs the tests from the root of
the E: drive. So this should be fixed.

Closing other products fixed bugs.
